The prosecutor’s office of Kiev came forward in the case of the return to the state of residence Mezhyhirya, which, on behalf of the Ministry of Natural Resources, was initiated by the state company Nadra Ukrainy. About it became known on July 13 at a meeting of the Kiev Court of Appeal, reports Censor NET. The court adjourned the meeting in connection with the petition of the Kyiv prosecutor’s office, which reported on joining the case and asked for time to get acquainted with the materials. The meeting was adjourned until July 19 and September 1. The court was attended by Alexander Primak, who became the director and co-founder of the firm “Tantalit” after the member of Parliament Sergei Klyuyev. Firm “Tantalit” is the formal owner of the residence “Mezhyhirya”. Primak said that he bought the company, works as a lawyer and the matter of Mezhyhirya is interesting to him also from a professional point of view. As reported by UNIAN, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine initiated the beginning of the procedure for returning Mezhyhirya to state property. In May 2017, the court received two appeals from the “Nedra Ukrainy” about the invalidation of barter and purchase-sale agreements, as well as certificates of ownership. In parallel, the Prosecutor General’s Office is investigating criminal proceedings on the fact that the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych took over the state recreation complex “Pushcha-Voditsa” of the Mezhyhirya tract.<\/p>\n
