Today, the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor&#8217;s Office (SAP) relieved us of responsibility and signed the acceptance-transfer act of the seized property to the <a href=\"https:\/\/arma.gov.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">National Agency of Ukraine for the Detection, Investigation, and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA)<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/arma.gov.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ARMA<\/a> at the same time transferred this property to the state institution of the Park-Monument of Garden-Park Art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The park under the management of NGO &#8220;NPU MEZHYHIRYA&#8221; is no longer operational and is not responsible for the property and condition of the park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The state institution assumes the obligations for further park operations and responsibility for the preservation of property, the lives of animals and birds on the territory, green plantations, and the overall integrity of the property complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>The park is not operational.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mission of the public organization (NGO) &#8220;NPU Mezhyhirya&#8221; to preserve Mezhyhirya is completed.
